2009 General Elections

The 2009 General Elections marked a pivotal moment in our country's democratic history, as it constituted the 15th Lok Sabha election in India. The election, held in five phases from April 16 to May 13, 2009, saw a robust participation of political parties. People joined the "Pledge to Vote Walk" at 7:30 am on Sunday, the 19th of April at Gandhi Statue on M.G Road, Bangalore, organized by the Let's Vote movement in association with Round Table India. 

12th April 2009
People joined the "Let's Vote 5K Walk" at Government Arts College, Anantapur on April 12th.
5th April 2009
  • People joined the "Let's Vote 5K Walk" at Peoples Plaza at TankBund on April 5th at 7:00 am. 
  • "Let's Vote for a Silent Walk" from VUDA Park to RK Beach in Vizag, was also conducted on April 5th, 2009, at 5 PM.
